Where something is ending as it gives birth to something new,

I started The Runa Collective from the belief that healing, growth, and transformation happen most deeply in connection. We are not meant to navigate this life alone, and that the work itself becomes a kind of collective unfolding when we sit together with honesty, curiosity, and care.

As a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I offer addiction counseling and coaching for personal growth. I am completing my MSW degree at the University of Montana. I am not currently offering psychotherapy, my therapy services will be available beginning September 2026. If you are seeking therapy now, I can provide you with referrals or add you to my wait list.
