Therapy is a space to slow down to explore the stories, patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you.
I integrate attachment-focused work, nervous system awareness, parts-oriented exploration, and gentle reflection to help clients better understand themselves, reduce emotional distress, improve relational functioning, and support psychological healing and growth.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
